Take it with a grain of salt in June, but the great Rich Eisen states that the Los Angeles Rams have the top offense heading into the 2026 season. Do you agree with that? I think whereas it’s fair to give the Rams the top spot, it’s only June.
Now, do the Rams have all the right pieces of a great offense? They seem to, but then again they’re starting left tackle could miss some time. That’s not ideal for any NFL team.
It’s fun subject matter, but the fact is the Rams have zero yards and zero points
so far in the 2026 season, so if you want to name another team as the top offense (such as the defending Super Bowl winning Seattle Seahawks) I cannot stop you.
Here’s what I will say with certainty: It is Friday. We made it. Enjoy today, be safe and enjoy the upcoming weekend.

Torry Holt explains why Ty Simpson is a perfect fit with the Rams (ramswire)
“There was no shortage of critics when the Los Angeles Rams drafted Ty Simpson with the 13th overall pick in April. Everyone was shocked by the move, but now that we’re almost two months removed from the selection, people have come around to it – especially after the Rams traded for Myles Garrett.
Torry Holt is fully on board with the selection, believing it was the perfect pick to set up the Rams for the future. More importantly, he thinks Simpson fits extremely well in Sean McVay’s offense with the variety of throws he can make, whether it’s off of play action or rolling out of the pocket.“
SEC in the NFL: Andrew Whitworth talks Rams’ plan for Ty Simpson and Keagen Trost (flywareagle.com)
“Whitworth sounds unsure about either SEC product getting time this season, though for different reasons.
“I don’t really know how that will shake out…”
Whitworth was hesitant to crown Simpson the heir to Matthew Stafford’s throne under center once the legendary Georgia Bulldogs product retires. In particular, Whitworth stressed that Stafford is still the guy in Los Angeles, and will be for as long as he pleases.“
