Real preparing €160 million offer for Olise (SportsBoom’s Ekrem Konur)
Just last weekend, we explored what it would — theoretically — take for Bayern Munich fans to feel okay about the club potentially selling Michael Olise.
Obviously, no one wants to sell the Frenchman, but there is substantial hype growing around Olise. Per this report, Real Madrid is about ready to directly contact Olise and lob a €160 million offer toward the Bavarians:
🚨 #FCBayern 🇫🇷
Florentino Perez pushing for Michael Olise.💰 Real Madrid → preparing €160M bid.
🩹 Rodrygo → out long-term, Olise
seen as replacement.
🚫 Bayern → unlikely to let key man go easily.
📞 Real → aiming direct contact with player.
Bayern Munich is not selling Olise…but even if it was planning on exploring the market, that €160 million proposal does not feel substantial enough for the 24-year-old superstar.
Gunners, Barca eyeing Brandt (VoetbalFocus)
Arsenal and FC Barcelona could both be a destination for outgoing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Brandt:
Julian Brandt faces a summer that could push his career in a new direction: his contract with Borussia Dortmund expires, and two top European clubs are watching. Arsenal and FC Barcelona are closely monitoring the 29-year-old German’s situation, while a concrete breakthrough remains elusive.
Brandt has been playing for Borussia Dortmund since the summer of 2019, but this summer, a departure suddenly seems like a realistic scenario. His contract is expiring, which means he can be picked up without a transfer fee. According to Sky Sports Germany, his file is therefore being followed with extra attention by interested clubs.
The attacking midfielder is also said to be aiming for a move abroad himself. Spain, Italy, and England are mentioned as possible destinations. In that context, it is not surprising that Arsenal and Barcelona are closely monitoring developments surrounding Brandt. So, there is interest from England and Spain, but for now, it’s just a matter of monitoring and testing. There are reportedly no concrete talks with any of the aforementioned clubs at the moment. For Brandt, this means his future remains open, despite the clear signs of interest.
Strikingly, according to the same report, Brandt could have already left Dortmund last winter. He received two offers from the Premier League at the time, but decided to turn them down. The reason was clear: he wanted to finish the season at his current club.
It would not be the worst thing in the world to see Brandt go back to Bayer Leverkusen.
Massive clubs eyeing Eintracht’s Brown (SportsBoom’s Ekrem Konur)

Nmecha extends at BVB (Borussia Dortmund)
Borussia Dortmund extended the contract of midfielder Felix Nmecha through 2030:
Earlier in the day, Sky Germany’s Patrick Berger broke the story:
🚨⚫️🟡 BREAKING: Borussia Dortmund are set to extend Felix Nmecha’s contract (25/🇩🇪).
💥 Breakthrough in negotiations with BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehl and Nmecha’s new agents from The Talent Table.
New deal of Nmecha will run until 2030 and he will be among the club’s top earners.
Big move for Dortmund, who were aware of interest from several top Premier League clubs.

Prior to that news breaking, Manchester City was closely linked to Nmecha (via ESPN):
Manchester City are showing interest in Borussia Dortmund ace Felix Nmecha, Sky Sports Germany reports. The 25-year-old is reported to “dream” of playing in the Premier League, with City monitoring the situation. Dortmund are reported to be in talks with Nmecha over a new contract with improved terms, with his existing deal set to expire in 2028.
MLS interest heating up for Lewy (ESPN)
As Robert Lewandowski’s future with FC Barcelona looks more uncertain, MLS clubs are reportedly ramping up interest in the Polish Hitman:
Major League Soccer clubs are showing interest in signing Robert Lewandowski as a free agent in the summer. Fabrizio Romano has reported that teams are “already calling” the striker over a possible move, while his future at Barcelona remains “open,” with a contract that expires in the coming months. The 37-year-old has spent nearly four years with Barcelona and has made 179 appearances with 115 goals and 23 assists.
LFC to go hard after Diomande (ESPN)
Liverpool is expected to take a serious run at RB Leipzig star winger Yan Diomande:
Liverpool want to bring in RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, amid concerns over the future of Mohamed Salah, says Sky Sports Germany. The Reds’ priority is to land Michael Olise from Bayern Munich, but a deal would be complicated to pull off and Bayern want to extend the 24-year-old’s contract beyond 2029. Diomande, 19, could be available for around €80 million, but has also been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Bayern.
Right now, it seems like Diomande is going to make the move to England rather than a club like Bayern Munich.
