UFC isn’t recognizing this as a rematch, but most fans know better.
No. 2-ranked flyweight contender Manel Kape will run it back with No. 5-ranked Kyoji Horiguchi atop the upcoming UFC Vegas 119 fight card, recently made official for Sat., June 20, 2026 on Paramount+ at Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kape (22-7) was submitted by Horiguchi in the final round of Rizin’s Bantamweight World Grand Prix
Tournament in late 2017. Under the UFC banner, “Starboy” has won seven of his last eight with five knockouts. As for Horiguchi (36-5, 1 NC), he rejoined the promotion late last year and already racked up two straight wins.
Winner gets next 125-pound title shot? That may depend on whether or not Kape makes weight.
