Good morning, Fear the Wall.
Since you asked, it is a fairly cold and wet day here in the Washington D.C. area. It rained all of though last night, soo now we just have chilly damp. Looks like more rain in thr coming days too.
Apparently Karim Adeyemi, who has often commented on how much he enjoys playing for Dortmund, has been courting a move abroad as negotiations over his contract stall. Adeyemi’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is a notoriously crafty character and will be doing his best to find his client
the best deal possible in Germany or England. I wouldn’t be shocked to see Adeyemi move on after several stop-and-start years with the club, but then again, he has always been quite vocal about his love for BVB.
BVB News
- Adeyemi was also in the news for some legal stuff. Sounds like a misunderstanding and he has apologized.
- Watzke admits sacking Tuchel was a mistake. LOL.
League News
- Said El Mala has apparently attracted interest from Manchester City as his notoriety grows. After their success with Omar Marmoush, they may want to try another Bundesliga pseudo-striker.
- Germany battered Slovakia to qualify comfortably for the 2026 World Cup. No Dortmund players on the scoresheet.
- Leipzig’s Assan Ouedraogo became Germany’s second youngest ever debutant goal scorer.
Hope you have a great Wednesday. Bundesliga is back this weekend!
