Week 1 of the 2025 season saw the New Orleans Saints open at home against the Arizona Cardinals. The Saints came into this game as underdogs and while they fell behind early and ultimately lost 20-13, they showed a lot of heart and resilience almost leading a comeback for the win. Unfortunately, there were just too many penalties and mistakes to overcome in the end, but it was a great learning experience as a lot of positives came out of the game especially on the offensive line, who only gave up
one sack.
It’s now a new week, time to re-group and clean up those mistakes as they focus on this week’s opponent, the San Francisco 49ers.
