
According to a report from Taggat (via @iMiaSanMia), Chelsea FC’s Nicolas Jackson is refusing to go back to the club and wants to move forward with the loan deal to Bayern Munich:

While that situation sorts itself out, things made sense on some levels when Bayern Munich was reportedly going to get the Chelsea
attacker. As of now, though, the deal appears to be dead (we’ll continue to monitor the situation) and while there still could be some movement, it is important to understand what Bayern Munich was attempting to do before Liam Delap’s injury derailed things.

As you can see, things were very advanced, but that injury to Delap just created a depth issue for Chelsea. Did Bayern Munich lose out on a good deal or dodge a bullet?
