The Wisconsin Badgers are facing off against the No. 24 Washington Huskies this weekend, taking on yet another ranked opponent amid their six-game losing streak.
It’s been a tough ride for the Badgers over
the last two months, as they’ve yet to win a conference game this year, while losing all six of their last games by at least 14 points.
They fought hard two weeks ago in a 21-7 loss to the Oregon Ducks, but their offense was inept yet again, struggling to gain any consistency in the air. Now, they had their bye week this past weekend as they looked to reset ahead of the last month of the season.
Up first is a Washington Huskies team that has gone 6-2 this season, with losses to the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines. They got into the AP Top 25 with a 42-25 win over the Illinois Fighting Illini two weeks ago and are also coming off a bye week heading into Week 10.
Washington’s offense has been among the best in the country this season, averaging over 30 points per game, thanks to a strong rushing attack led by running back Jonah Coleman and a quality passing attack behind sophomore quarterback Demond Williams Jr.
