Good morning, BBN!
It is gameday once again in Lexington as the Kentucky Wildcats welcome the Eastern Michigan Eagles to Kroger Field for the first night kickoff of the season.
After a tough loss last weekend to Ole Miss, Mark Stoops and his team will look to bounce back against an EMU team that has really struggled to start the season. They will also be looking at a new quarterback under center.
It has been rather silent out of the UK football practice facility this week on who would take over as the starting
QB for today’s game, but it appears the injury to Zach Calzada will give the fanbase and the coaching staff the first true look at what Cutter Boley can do.
In what should be a comfortable win, the Cats will look to get out of this game injury-free and with plenty of different reps for players across the board as they head into their first bye week of the season.
Time to go get this win. Go Cats!
