Max Eberl has made it clear that he feels at home at Bayern Munich — and is open to staying for the long term.
The Bayern Munich sporting director has acknowledged that his work at the club should ultimately be judged by the decisions and progress made during his time in the role.
“I think we have set some very, very good things in motion. I feel very comfortable here. My job should be assessed. And if they think my job is good, then I am prepared to stay at Bayern longer,” Eberl told DAZN (as captured

The comments offer an interesting insight into Eberl’s future at Bayern Munich. Rather than focusing on outside noise or speculation, he appears to be putting the emphasis on the work being done behind the scenes and the results that follow.
Eberl has played an important role in shaping the club’s sporting direction alongside Christoph Freund, Vincent Kompany, and the rest of the Bayern Munich leadership. The club has made significant moves in recent transfer windows while also working to build a squad capable of competing for the biggest trophies.
Ultimately, Eberl understands that his future will depend on whether the club believes he is delivering the right results. But his message is also clear: he feels comfortable in Munich and is not closing the door on remaining at Bayern Munich for many more years.
The decision, as Eberl himself says, will come down to how his work is assessed.
For now, though, it sounds like he would be more than happy to continue building the future of Bayern Munich.
