Teagan Wy, US Youth International goalkeeper, has signed a three year contract with Gotham FC through 2028. Wy previously played for the California Golden Bears at UC Berkeley.
Wy will join Gotham for preseason training in Spain and at the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup in London at the end of the month.

“Teagan is an exciting young goalkeeper who has significant experience within the youth national team system,” said Yael Averbuch West, the general manager and head of soccer operations for Gotham FC. “We’re pleased to add her to our outstanding goalkeeping department and look forward to working with her.”
Wy made 53 appearances for the California Golden Bears. In 2025, she made 19 appearances and made 81 saves, tied for second most in the conference.
Internationally, 21-year-old Wy played for the United States U-20 team in the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She started every match and helped lead the team to a bronze medal. She was also called up the the January 2025 Futures Camp.
Wy joins goalkeepers Ann-Katrin Berger, Shelby Hogan, and Ryan Campbell at Gotham.
