AEW’s fourth annual WrestleDream pay-per-view (PPV) is in the books. Sat., Oct. 17’s show from Addition Financial Arena closed with Men’s World champion Will Ospreay retaining in Clockwork Carnage, a multi-man, multi-level match of his own invention.
That wrapped up an event that, including the Tailgate Brawl pre-show, featured 12 total matches. Only one title changed hands out of the seven championship bouts on the card, which also may have signaled the end of the Swerve/New Level trio. The night
also featured the debut of Ilja Dragunov.
That was just some of what happened at WrestleDream — which means Tony Khan and the stars of All Elite Wrestling should have plenty to talk about at the media scrum kicking off right about now.
So click play up above and get ready for reactions to an eventful WrestleDream on the post-show. The scrum should include some fun in-character work, comments on recent AEW-related news & rumors, some hints of what’s to come for the company & its partners, and who knows what else. These things have gotten pretty interesting on a few occasions in the past…
