Who is the best of the youngest?

Chiefs fans were polled on the opinion of the youngest stars on the team, and starting left tackle Josh Simmons received nearly three-fourths of the vote. Despite only starting eight games in his rookie year, Simmons flashed

enough talent to leave a strong impression on anybody watching Kansas City last year.

The more important result from the voting was Chiefs Kingdom’s belief in the rookie class… or lack of belief in the talent of wide receiver Xavier Worthy and left guard Kingsley Suamataia. Both players have proven enough to be clear starters, but neither have shown enough to this point to be picked over the potential talent of rookies like cornerback Mansoor Delane, defensive tackle Peter Woods or edge rusher R Mason Thomas.
