If Notre Dame can’t recruit 5-Star wide receivers out of high school, they are well on their way to being more than competent of doing out of the transfer portal. After what has been an up and down — cold
and hot — recruitment of Ohio State wide receiver, Mylan Graham, he has finally given his commitment to Notre Dame.
Graham was a 5-Star wide receiver from New Haven High School (just outside of Fort Wayne) and he ultimately landed with the Ohio State Buckeyes and WR coach Brian Hartline (as many blue-chip receivers have done over the years).
The problem with going somewhere that takes a handful of the best talent every year at the same position is that playing time can become pretty difficult to come by. Graham redshirted his freshman year, and played in just 9 games as a sophomore pulling in 6 catches for 95 yards.
It won’t just be given to him at Notre Dame either. Both Jordan Faison and Jaden Greathouse figure to be the starters at the slot and field respectively, but Graham can make an impact from game one as the next man in — and he has the talent to do just that, and the talent to excel.
Graham will have 3 years of eligibility to use, and I can’t wait to see what he does out on the field.
Welcome to Notre Dame Mylan!
