With this, the fans are concerned whether Mbappe will be seen playing for French national team in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers or not.However, French Head Coach Didier Deschamps assured that Mbappe’s niggle is not that serious and he will be seen in action for the national team soon. "I spoke with Kylian, he had a small niggle but it's not serious, otherwise he wouldn't be here today," Deschamps told reporters at the French team's Clairefontaine base near Paris. "We
will take the time with the medical staff to assess the situation and then see how it develops,” he further added.
France to take on Azerbaijan on October 11 in World Cup Qualifier
The French team is scheduled to face Azerbaijan in their upcoming fixture of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers at Parc des Princes on Saturday, October 11. After that, France will take on Iceland on October 14. France are currently at the top of the points table in Group D after winning their first two matches.
