Arjun Tendulkar takes wicket of Rahul Dravid's son in local cricket match

As the Ranji trophy 2025-26 is on its way, many cricketers were seen practicing for the same in a local tournament which is called the K Thimmappiah Memorial tournament which is held in Karnataka. This

tournament features many Indian stars like Prasidh Krishna, Karun Nair, etc who are making themselves fit and ready for the domestic season coming up.

The highlight of the tournament so far has been the participation of the sons of the icketing icons Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid. Arjun Tendulkar and Samit Dravid are two of the rising stars in Indian cricket who are preparing themselves to be bright performers in the upcoming domestic league. They met on-field taking on each other in the Karnataka based tournament. Samit Dravid started off his innings with two well-time boundaries and managed to score 9 runs off 26 balls.

However, it was Arjun Tendulkar who took the headlines as he clinched the wicket of Samith Dravid who was looking in good touch. Arjun delivered a stellar delivery which Samit did not time well and the ball ended up in the hands of Kashab Bakle sending Samit back to the pavilion after a hard-fought innings. Arjun Tendulkar, who is a part of Goa in Ranji trophy would be looking forward to perform well in this tournament to create an impression on the team ahead of the season. 

The K Timmappiah Memorial tournament has given a platform to the youngsters to show their skills and talent to the scouts.
