Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr has publicly issued an apology to his American-Brazilian influencer girlfriend, Virginia Fonseca, after admitting that he "disappointed her." The 26-year-old influencer said
she was no longer with Vinicius. She had been dating the Los Blancos forward and even flew over to attend three games at the Bernabeu. But things have calmed down, and Vini Jr. has now publicly apologized on his social media account for what he did during the relationship.
Although there are no reports on what he actually did during their relationship, but it is stated that his actions towards the influencer weren't convincing. The 25-year old Vinicius Jr. is one of the top players in the world. The Brazilian scored twice last weekend as Madrid beat Villarreal 3-1 at the Bernabeu. In all competitions for Los Blancos, he scored 111 goals in 332 games. Vinicius Jr. has been in the news a lot lately for both good and bad reasons.

On Wednesday night, while issuing his apology, he wrote, "We all go through moments that make us reflect and grow. Recently, I experienced a situation that made me reflect and recognise attitudes that did not represent who I want to be or the type of relationships I want to build. Virginia is an incredible woman, an admirable mother, and someone for whom I feel enormous affection and respect. Since we met, she has come to Madrid three times to see me, leaving behind her routine, her commitments, and her life just to be with me. I met an admirable mother and an incredible partner."
At the end note, the forward player also mentioned that both will try to a fresh start of the relationship with full of honesty and trust. Meanwhile, the influencer has still not commented on the post. Vini Jr is currently training for Brazil's upcoming international friendlies.
