On Tuesday, October 7, members of the cricketing fraternity got together at the 27th edition of the CEAT Cricket Rating Awards 2025. The evening was much more than a get together as it saw several esteemed
players - both former as well as active cricketer from across countries gather to applaud most outstanding feats of the past year. From legendary Sunil Gavaskar to Brian Lara, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli to Shreyas Iyer and Sanju Samson, the evening was much more than a galore of affairs.
It is to be noted that India’s leading tyre manufractures, CEAT, who are the title sponsors of the award ceremony, celebrates the evening every year to honour the distinguished personalities from the cricketing arena. Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of RPG Group Harsh Goenka said, "Each edition of the CCR Awards is a reminder of cricket's enduring magic. As a fan myself, I know that beyond the statistics and records, it is the stories of determination, artistry and sheer willpower that captivate us. At CEAT, it's been our privilege to honour those who have defined this sport with their grit and dedication and we are proud to be a part of their journey."
