The newest edition of WWE SmackDown will happen at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, and it is going to feature Cody Rhodes addressing the WWE Universe about what’s next for
him after his successful world title defence against Drew McIntyre at Saturday Night’s Main Event last weekend. Ilja Dragunov will continue in his path to defending the WWE United States Championship in an open challenge on this week’s show.
Giulia, the WWE Women’s United States Champion, who is paired up with Kiana James, will be defending her title against Chelsea Green of the Secret Hervice on SmackDown this week. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Charlotte Flair will be going one-on-one against Nia Jax just a week after her partner Alexa Bliss was able to defeat the Irresistible Force.
It is a stacked card put together for WWE SmackDown, which is expected to throw a few surprises apart from scheduled matches, just like every other weekly show in the promotion.
