with the bat in the format and a recent glimpse of the same was seen in Australia, where he smashed his 33rd ODI hundred with an unbeaten 121 in India’s nine-wicket win.
Boasting 11370 runs across 276 ODIs so far in his career, Rohit Sharma’s best knock came in November 2014. Rohit achieved milestone for the highest individual score in ODI cricket in a match against Sri Lanka at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 13, 2014 and along with it, shattered several records with his fiery batting against the Lankans. During his 173-ball 264, he hit staggering 33 fours and nine sixes and went on to broke Virender Sehwag’s record, where he had scored 219 against West Indies in Indore.
