Speaking of Mithun Manhas, the 45-year-old was born in Jammu on October 12, 1979. Known as a utility player, who served in the role of an all-rounder, Mithun Manhas is known as a stalwart of Indian domestic circuit. Manhas has also served as the captain of Delhi in the domestic circuit and has played with veterans like Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni during his playing days.
During an 18-year first-class career, Manhas played a total of 157 matches and scored 9,714 runs at an average of just under 46, hitting 27 centuries and 49 fifties. Manhas' best season came in 2007-08 when he captained Delhi to the Ranji Trophy title and ended a long championship drought for his side.
