Star India batter Harleen Deol added an hilarious touch as the Indian team visited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence in New Delhi on November 5 after the historic Women’s World Cup win. A few clips
from the team’s visit have been uploaded on social media where the players discussed their campaign and their journey in their conversation with the Prime Minister.
Between all this, Harleen Deol came up with a hilarious question to PM Narendra Modi which left everyone in splits. “Sir, I want to ask you about your skin care routine. You glow a lot,” Harleen asked the PM. Replying to this, Modi said, "I never thought about this much." After that, Sneh Rana also added her remark to this as she said, "it is the love of his countrymen" after which PM Modi said, “Of course it is. It is a huge source of strength. I have spent lots of years in the government. "Despite all this, the blessings keep coming in and it does have an effect on you eventually."

During the conversation with the players, PM Narendra Modi also mentioned about the spectacular catch by Amanjot Kaur to dismiss Laura Wolvaardt in the final that put India on front foot in the final against South Africa Women in Navi Mumbai on November 2. The South Africa skipper was batting on 101(98) runs before he ended up giving a catch to Amanjot on Deepti Sharma's delivery.
Amanjot also fumbled multiple times when the ball came towards her but finally completed a crucial catch. In the end, South Africa Women were bowled out for 246 runs in 45.3 overs as India Women were crowned as World Champions for the first time.
