Although its been months that veteran Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma parted ways after a short marriage stint, both continue to be in news after they open up with their respective stories. While Chahal has been off the cricket field off late, Dhanashree Verma is currently participating in a show - “Rise and Fall.”

But recently what got them back into headlines was popular stand-up comedian and streamer Samay Rana sharing a screenshot of a video in his social media with the caption reading, “Love you, my sugar daddy” while tagging Yuzvendra Cahal. The post quickly went viral and drew attention for referring to Yuzi’s t-shirt which had “Be your own sugar daddy” written on it.

Samay Rana’s viral post, Dhanashree Verma responded indirectly through her own social media. She shared a picture of her pet dog, captioned from the animal’s perspective writing, “Don’t worry guys meri mumma ka acha samay hi chal raha hai (Don’t worry guys, my mom is having a good time).” It also had a small picture of the nazar removal which read, “Buri nazar wale tera muh kala”.

Although Verma didn’t directly refer to it but fans were quick to bring in the “Sugar daddy” row. While its been months that the couple have been officially divorced, Yuzi has come out speaking of his side of story whereas his ex-wife too has shared her opinions. Dhanashree Verma recently also disclosed that Chahal cheated on her just two months into marriage.
