For the first time in history, Indian teams have a chance to secure three spots in the PMGC 2025 through BGMI Showdown (BMSD) and the BGMI International Cup (BMIC) 2025. Notably, two out of three available slots lead directly to the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage, giving teams a major advantage as they can secure a shortcut to the finals. Unlike the group stage, where teams must battle through multiple rounds against tougher competition, securing a top finish in BMIC or BMSD 2025 guarantees an invitation to the Gauntlet Stage. Naturally, every team will be pushing hard to claim that spot.
BMSD & BMIC 2025 champions to secure spot in PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage
The champions of the BMSD 2025 and BMIC 2025 will secure the Gauntlet stage invite at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025.
BGMI Showdown 2025 has only
one invite means the champion team will qualify for the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet stage. BGMI International Cup 2025 features two slots of PMGC 2025. The champion team will qualify for the Gauntlet, while the second-ranked team will qualify for the group stage.
The Gauntlet will be played from 24th to 26th November, where 16 qualified teams from each regional championship will compete in 18 matches over 3 days. The top 6 teams from the Gauntlet will qualify for the PMGC 2025 Grand Finals, while the rest of the teams will move to the Group Stage.
Group Stage will take place from 28th November to 4th December. A total of 32 teams will compete in the Group Stage (remaining qualified teams from each region's PMGC points + 10 teams from The Gauntlet). These teams will be divided into two groups of 16 teams each, and every team will play 18 matches. The top four teams from each group (a total of 8 teams) after 18 games will advance to the Grand Finals; the 5th to 12th-ranked teams from each group move to Last Chance, while the rest of the teams will be eliminated from the tournament
