batsman as he ended up scoring 186 runs. However, while going back to the pavilion after his dismissal, Shaw got involved in a heated banter with some of the players from Mumbai.
In a viral video, Prithvi Shaw can be seen having an argument with some players from the Mumbai team. The on-field umpire also intervened in the matter and insisted Shaw to go to the pavilion. While walking towards the pavilion, another player was seen saying something to Shaw as Maharashtra got involved in a heated exchange again.

Talking about the match, Prithvi Shaw turned out to be the star performer for Maharashtra with his knock in the practice game against Mumbai at MCA (Maharashtra Cricket Association) Stadium in Gahunje, Pune. The right-handed batter smashed 186 runs off just 140 balls making his comeback in domestic cricket. Shaw put up an opening partnership of 305 runs along with Arshin Kulkarni.
Prithvi Shaw decided to change his domestic team from Mumbai to Maharashtra ahead of the 2025-26 domestic season. It is looking like a great start for the 25-year-old ahead of the Ranji Trophy as he eying a combeck in the Indian team. Talking about his First-class career so far, Shaw has played 58 matches where he amassed 4556 runs at an average of 46.02 along with 13 centuries and 18 half-centuries. Shaw will be now seen in action for Maharashtra in the upcoming Ranji season.
