In the Asia Cup 2025 Super 4 clash between India and Pakistan, the tensions are running high in the ongoing second innings at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. During their pursuit of the 172-run target, Indian openers Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma took the attack to the Pakistan bowlers, not only with the bat, but also with the words as well, making it a heated atmosphere on the field.
One of the incidents from the fifth over of the Indian innings saw Abhishek Sharma get into the face of Haris Rauf just moments after Shubman Gill had a few choice words for the Pakistan pacer following a boundary off his previous ball. It led to the umpires swiftly running towards Sharma and Rauf to separate them before they nearly came to blows in front
of a packed crowd in the stadium in Dubai.
