With the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup nearing its business end, in the final league stage fixture, the hosts, India Women will take on Bangladesh Women at the Dr DY Patil Cricket Academy in Navi Mumbai
on Sunday, October 26. Although, the Women in Blue will be coming into the fixture after registering a 53-run win via DLS method, they will aim to finish good as they prepare for the knockouts.
However, with the Women in Blue seeing some players sit out due to concerns, the biggest question which came prior to the final league stage fixture was Richa Ghosh’s availability. Appearing at the pre-match press conference on Saturday, bowling coach Avishkar Salvi was inquired about Ghosh’ participation in the upcoming match.

Addressing the conference, Salvi said that Richa is in good shape and remains under the supervision of the medical staff. “Richa is fine.
