hundred by an Indian batter, going past Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh took to Instagram to congratulate his student and praise the hard work behind his remarkable achievement.
Abhishek has trained with Yuvraj over the years and considers the former India all-rounder one of his mentors. With Yuvraj having closely followed his development, his words after the record-breaking knock carried added significance.

Yuvraj shared a picture of Abhishek Sharma from the third T20I against Afghanistan and wrote a heartfelt message celebrating the youngster’s historic achievement.
“Many congratulations sir Abhishek on the fastest 100 in T20 cricket! 💯,” Yuvraj Singh wrote.
The former India star went on to express his belief in Abhishek’s talent and hard work, saying he had no doubt that the youngster would achieve the milestone one day.
“Once a great man said, ‘When people throw stones at you, turn them into milestones. Let the bat do the talking’, and that’s exactly what you’re doing,” Yuvraj added. He concluded his message by expressing his pride in Abhishek and reminding him to remain humble while continuing to follow the process.

Abhishek Sharma produced a breathtaking display against Afghanistan in the third T20I at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.
The left-handed batter smashed his century in just 30 balls, breaking Rohit Sharma’s previous record of a 35-ball hundred for India in T20Is. He also went past Finn Allen’s 33-ball mark for the fastest T20I hundred by a player from a Test-playing nation.
Abhishek eventually finished with 108 runs from just 34 balls, putting together an extraordinary innings filled with boundaries and sixes.
His explosive performance also earned him the Player of the Match award, while his half century in the first match and hundred in the last helped him to end as the Player of the Series.
