The second season of the Delhi Premier League 2025 is set to be played from 2nd August to 31st August at the iconic Arun Jaitley stadium in New Delhi. A total of 44 matches will be played throughout the tournament
including the finals. Eight teams from Delhi are battling it out against each other to earn the ultimate throne of champions
Several IPL stars are also featuring in this edition of DPL 2025. Including the likes of Priyansh Arya who earned an IPL contract with Punjab Kings following his sensational performance in the first edition of the Delhi Premier League. New talents will hope to perform well in the tournament to make a name for themselves and get selected for the next edition of the IPL.

1. Harshit Rana – North Delhi Strikers
The Indian pacer who played in the IPL 2025 for the Kolkata Knight Riders is set to light up the Delhi Premier League by playing for the North Delhi Strikers. Rana who has played a pivotal role for KKR over the past couple of seasons by clinching wickets when his team needs him the most, is all set to bring his magic in the DPL 2025.
2. Priyansh Arya - Outer Delhi Warriors
The opening batsman who made his debut for the Punjab Kings in the IPL 2025 is representing the Outer Delhi Warriors in the DPL 2025. The 24-year-old played multiple match winning knocks for PBKS in his debut season scoring 475 runs in 17 matches. Priyansh Arya is expected to lay a solid foundation in the opening department for the Outer Delhi Warriors.
3. Ayush Badoni - South Delhi Superstarz
The power-packed finisher has been representing the Lucknow Super Giants in the last few seasons of the IPL 2025. The 25-year-old will play for the South Delhi Superstarz in the DPL 2025 alongside his LSG team-mate Digvesh Rathi. In the previous season for LSG, the pocket dynamite scored 329 runs at a strike rate of 148.
4. Digvesh Rathi - South Delhi Superstarz
The Indian spinner made his debut in the IPL 2025 for LSG and created many memories in the season due to his controversial wicket celebrations. The 25-year-old will be playing for the South Delhi Superstarz in the DPL 2025. Digvesh was one of the most expensive buys in the DPL 2025 as he was sold to the South Delhi Superstarz for ₹38L .
5. Nitish Rana - West Delhi Lions
The Indian batsman played in the IPL 2025 for Rajasthan Royals. He has also played for the Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL. Nitish Rana scored 217 runs for Rajasthan Royals in the previous season. Nitish will be seen representing the West Delhi Lions in the DPL 2025.
6. Anuj Rawat - East Delhi Riders
The Indian wicket-keeper batsman represented the Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2025. The 25-year-old was picked up by the East Delhi Riders in the auction of the Delhi Premier League. He will be leading the East Delhi Riders as their captain.
7. Navdeep Saini - East Delhi Riders
The Indian pacer will be seen representing the East Delhi Riders in the Delhi Premier League 2025. Navdeep Saini played for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2024. However, he went unsold in the auction of IPL 2025. He will be looking to make a mark in the Delhi Premier league to earn back his spot in the IPL.
