But now, a PTI journalist has reported that the fresh medical scans of the captain are clear and that he is set to play for the upcoming matches this season.

They bowled exceptionally well in the first innings to limit the star-studded batting side of the Titans to just 162. But from the batting point of view, the Punjab Kings didn’t fire as they would have liked to, as just 3 batters from their entire batting unit reached double figures. Cooper Connolly saved the day for the Punjab Kings as he scored a wonderful unbeaten knock of 72 off just 44 balls, including 5 fours and 5 sixes. The rest of the batting unit seemed rash and indecisive with their shot-making, which would be a factor they would like to improve in the coming matches.
