Why has Pakistan decided to boycott the India game?
Pakistan’s decision to avoid playing India comes after the ICC chose Scotland as a replacement for Bangladesh in the T20 World Cup. Bangladesh demanded a neutral venue for them, like Pakistan, due to security concerns in India, but the ICC refused. Due to this, Bangladesh decided not to play the World Cup, and the ICC named Scotland as their replacement. According to the report, PCB was the only board that supported Bangladesh in the ICC meeting.
PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi also called the ICC decision unfair to Bangladesh, and to show solidarity with them, Pakistan decided to boycott the India game.
