Ishan Kishan advised rest as a precaution: Sources
The Indian wicketkeeper-batter, who was last seen playing county cricket with Nottinghamshire, was in line to replace Rishabh Pant after the wicketkeeper-batter sustained a fractured foot in England series. But an e-bike accident forced Kishan out of contention.
While the Bihar-born player is still continuing to recover from the injury, and is set to sit out of the domestic cricket tournament. A source close to the development informed PTI, "Ishan has a few stitches on his hand after falling off an e-bike and he is currently recovering at the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.” "It's not serious, but as a precaution he has been advised to rest,” he added.
