The Indian cricket team is currently touring Australia for a white-ball series comprising of three ODIs and five T20Is. While the home side, Australia won the ODI leg by 2-1 margin, the T20I series currently stands
in Aussie favour with the Mitchell Marsh & co. taking a 1-0 lead with a four-wicket win in Melbourne in the second T20I. But after a few off days, the two teams returned on the field on Sunday, November 2 at the Bellerive Oval.
As the two skippers took the field, this time Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and elected to bowl first. The decision from Suryakumar Yadav-led side came seeing a “belter of a wicket”. “ We are going to bowl first. The ball will come on nicely to the bat in the 2nd innings. Happy to take it one game at a time ,” he said at the toss.

Moreover, the Indian skipper also called in for as many as three changes in the side as Sanju Samson, Kuldeep Yadav and Harshit Rana made way for Jitesh Sharma, Washington Sundar and Arshdeep Singh. “We have three changes - Jitesh, Arshdeep and Washington come in,” SKY confirmed at the toss, however did not reveal teh reason behind this move. Moreover, the Australian captain also confirmed a change in their playing XI as Sean Abbott replaced Josh Hazlewood, who currently prepares for the Ashes series.
