India are currently taking on Australia in the fourth T20I of a five-match series at Heritage Bank Stadium. The hosts Australia opted to bowl after winning the toss and India were batting first. The Men
in Blue got a great start as Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill added 56 runs for the first wicket in 6.4 overs. Abhishek got out after scoring 28 runs off 21 balls hitting three fours and a maximum.
After that, Shivam Dube joined Shubman Gill at the crease ahead of skipper Suryakumar Yadav. The left-hander couldn’t stay at the crease for long as he got out after scoring 22(18) runs hitting one four and a maximum. However, during his knock, Dube smashed Adam Zampa for a huge six in the 11th over that landed out of the stadium. Dube came forwards and did a clean swing with the bat to get a huge six.

India post 167/8 on board, Shubman Gill scores 46(39) runs
After Shivam Dube’s dismissal, Shubman Gill took the innings further along with captain Suryakumar Yadav as the duo put up a partnership of 33 runs for the third wicket. Gill got out after scoring 49 runs off 39 balls hitting four fours and a six, Suryakumar scored a quickfire 20(10) runs with two sixes. After that India kept losing wickets in the middle-overs after a good start.
With regular wickets in the middle-overs, India managed to post 167 runs for the loss of eight wickets in their 20 overs. Axar Patel gave finishing touches with his knock of 19*(11) runs. For Australia, Nathan Ellis and Adam Zampa took three wickets each Xavier Barlett and Marcus Stoinis scalped a wicket each. Australia now need 168 runs to take a lead of 2-1 in the series
