MI vs KKR Injury Update:
Jasprit Bumrah, the Paltan’s star bowler, has already arrived for the campaign as fully fit, and we are hoping to see him at Wankhede. Will Jacks and Mitchell Santner are yet to arrive, so they won’t be available for the season opener. Atharva Ankolekar is ruled out due to Knee Injury.
KKR’s bowling, on the other hand, has been heavily affected by injury concerns. Their star bowler, Harshit Rana who also missed the T20 World Cup due to injury concerns, is ruled out. Maheesh Pathirana too suffered injury during the recently concluded T20 World Cup and won’t be available for the first game but as per news he is likely to join the team on April 6th. Akashdeep too is out for injury, and Mustafizur Rahman is out for NOC concerns. KKR has announced Blessing Muzarabani, Navdeep Saini and Saurabh Dubey as their replacement, among which Blessing after having a great stint in T20 World Cup seems to be making a debut for KKR.
