Mahieka Sharma pens emotional birthday note for Hardik Pandya
While the birthday party pictures grabbed attention, Hardik’s girlfriend Mahieka Sharma also made the occasion special with a heartfelt Instagram post. Rather than limiting her message to birthday wishes, Mahieka reflected on the cricketer’s journey from his early days in Baroda to becoming an established international star.
In her lengthy note, Mahieka recalled how Hardik was primarily a batter until the age of 19. She highlighted the difficulties he faced in securing opportunities despite his performances and praised his exceptional work ethic.
Mahieka also described how Hardik would stay back after completing his own batting practice to bowl to his teammates, demonstrating his dedication to the game. She further explained how an unexpected opportunity to bowl changed the course of his career, eventually helping him develop into the all-rounder fans know today.
Her note highlighted the determination and perseverance behind Hardik’s rise in Indian cricket, offering fans a different perspective on his journey.
Meanwhile, Hardik’s former wife, Natasa Stankovic, remains connected to the cricketer through their son, Agastya. However, Mahieka is Hardik’s current girlfriend, and her emotional birthday tribute has become one of the biggest talking points surrounding his 33rd birthday celebrations.
