Rohit Sharma’s new TV role gives fans a glimpse beyond the cricket field
Rohit Sharma has been balancing his continued ODI career, IPL commitments with Mumbai Indians, and this new television role. Moments like these remind viewers that the man who has scored double-centuries and lifted World Cups is also a dad who notices the small habits in his children. The post got plenty of views within hours, with fans commenting on how refreshing it is to see Rohit open up about fatherhood in such an unforced way.
Ahaan, the son of Rohi Sharma who was born in November 2024, is still a toddler. Fans have already seen plenty of father-son moments Rohit guiding his first steps, bowling gently to him at Wankhede, or simply carrying him through airports and parks. This television exchange fits the same pattern. Rohit’s reply stayed personal and affectionate, highlighting a trait in Ahaan that reminded the former India captain of himself.
