Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka along with captain Rishabh Pant and some of the LSG team visited Shree Ram Janmobhoomi in Ayodhya. There are just a few weeks left before the start of the IPL and LSG have
already started the preparations and have been trying to fine tune combinations before the start of the tournament. LSG captain Rishabh Pant along with owner Sanjiv Goenka and few other LSG team went to visit the temple on Saturday to seek blessings ahead of the mega event. Watch the video here.

Sanjiv Goenka spoke to ANI and said "Offering prayers to Lord Ram is never enough. With the IPL season about to begin, we came to receive his blessings. Everything falls into place with the Almighty's grace." The LSG franchise also shared the moment on twitter with the caption, JAI SHREE RAM.
Lucknow Super Giants are eyeing their first ever IPL title and have picked a very strong squad ahead of the season. They had a disappointing season in 2025 where they could not qualify for the playoffs and were not consistent as a team. LSG captain Rishabh Pant was also under pressure having failed in all the matches except the last game against RCB. LSG have instilled their trust on both captain Pant and the coach Justin Langer. So they will be keen to have a good season this time around.
The IPL is set to begin on March 28 and the fixtures for initial matches are released. Lucknow Super Giants will play their first game against Delhi Capitals on April 1. The schedule for the remainder of the tournament is expected to be released in the upcoming week.
