However, he was not smoking a cigarette on the ground or in front of any camera during the IPL 2026. He was smoking somewhere at a different place and not in front of fans. Someone shot the video from above, seeming like it was in the team hotel.
Rabada bowled an outstanding spell against the Mumbai Indians in the last match, taking 3 wickets in 4 overs by giving just 33 runs. However, the Mumbai Indians won the match by 99 runs thanks to an amazing hundred by Tilak Varma, and completed the job by the bowlers.
Notably, smoking is very harmful for athletes. It affects the lungs and makes it harder to breathe properly during training and matches. Athletes need strong stamina and quick recovery, but smoking reduces oxygen flow in the body and lowers fitness levels. It can also slow down muscle recovery and increase the risk of injuries. Even one bad habit like this can impact performance and consistency, which are very important in sports.
Smoking is also dangerous for normal people. It can cause serious health problems like lung disease, heart issues, and breathing problems over time. It reduces overall energy and affects daily life. Many people think it is okay in small amounts, but it slowly damages the body. Staying away from smoking and choosing a healthy lifestyle can help people live longer and feel better every day.
