Former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan was recently seen in action in the second season of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) in England. Now, few days after the end of India Champions’ campaign,
Dhawan shared a heartfelt post on Instagram for his son Zoravar. In an emotional post, Dhawan mentioned how he missed Zoravar while watching other teammates spending time with their kids during the WCL 2025.
Notably, Shikhar Dhawan and his ex-wife Ayesha Mukherjee got divorced in October 2023, granted by Delhi Court after 12 years of their marriage. Dhawan was granted divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty and agony by his wife. Later Dhawan also revealed that he has been blocked on all platforms by ex-wife and is not allowed to see his son Zoravar.

This is not the first time that Shikhar Dhawan has shared an emotional message for his son on social media. He shared some old pictures of him with Zoravar with one also included with Rohit Sharma along with his daughter Samaira. “WCL mein jab doston ko apne kids ke saath khelte dekha… bas ek thought aaya, wish Zora was here. It would’ve been a different kind of joy. Later, I came across some of his childhood photos… and suddenly, all those memories came rushing back. Some moments really do stay closest to the heart,” Dhawan captioned the post.
After Shikhar Dhawan shared the post on Instagram, he got several heartfelt message from his friends and fellow cricketers. Commenting on the post, Yuvraj Singh wrote “I wonder what he looks like now,” while Siddharth Kaul wrote “Love u always paji.” Currently, Shikhar Dhawan is in relationship with Sophie Shine who is an Irish professional.
