Rajasthan Royals captain Riyan Parag has continued to fail with the bat as the RR captain was underwhelming yet again, in their ongoing IPL 2026 match

The young skipper's form has been a major talking point this season. In eight innings so far, he has managed just 89 runs, with four single-digit scores highlighting a worrying lack of consistency from the middle order.
Against SRH, Parag came at a stage when things were comfortable. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored a stunning 103 off just 37 balls, but the RR captain failed to make any mark. His 9 ball 7 yielded no boundaries, and the struggle ended as Pat Cummins castled his off stump with a yorker.
