Tim David pulled off a stunning catch running backwards to dismiss James Vince during the ongoing The Hundreds match between Trent Rockets and MI London.
Vince had attempted to clear the infield off Craig Overton's bowling. Tim David turned, ran backward from mid-on, and fully extended with a perfectly timed dive to grab the ball with both hands.
The piece of fielding provided the first breakthrough for Trent Rockets and broke the momentum of MI London early on. In the game of cricket, one wicket often brings one more, and that happened with the Trent Rockets. Two balls later, Ben Duckett executed a sharp run-out to dismiss Nicholas Pooran. In the end, MI London were bundled out for 147 runs.

The Rockets' chase suffered an early setback when Tom Curran dismissed Finn Allen, while Aneurin Donald's promising 23 off 10 balls came to an end after a costly mix-up while running between the wickets.
The pressure increased when Sam Billings was dismissed for a duck, with Richard Gleeson producing an excellent caught-and-bowled to leave Trent Rockets struggling at 46 for 3 after 30 balls.

However, Santner changed the complexion of the chase with a counter-attacking innings. The New Zealand all-rounder found the boundary regularly and maintained the required tempo as MI London's bowlers struggled to contain the late surge.
David provided the perfect support at the other end, ensuring the Rockets did not allow the required rate to spiral out of control. Their 78-run unbeaten partnership eventually put the visitors firmly in command and completed a convincing chase. The result capped another impressive run for Trent Rockets, who extended their winning streak to six matches and secured a top-three finish in the competition.
