Royal Challengers Bengaluru captain Rajat Patidar has scored the fastest fifty for RCB in the ongoing IPL 2026 match against Mumbai Indians on Sunday (April
12).
Rajat Patidar came into bat at the Wankhede and took apart the MI bowling. From the very first delivery, he took on the bowlers and got to his half-century in just 17 deliveries, the joint second fastest for RCB in the competition. This is also the fastest 50 of his in his IPL career.

Rajat Patidar has now become the first RCB player to score an IPL fifty in less than 20 balls twice for the franchise.
