Suryakumar Yadav's wife, Devisha Yadav, has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai's eastern suburbs for ₹7.18 crore, further expanding the family's growing
real estate portfolio within the same premium residential project.
According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the agreement for sale was registered on February 20, 2026. The apartment, located in Godrej Sky Terraces in Chembur-Deonar, measures 140.86 square metres (approximately 1,500 sq ft) and includes two dedicated car parking spaces. The seller is Godrej Properties Limited.
Devisha Yadav paid ₹35.90 lakh as stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration charges for the transaction. Possession of the apartment is scheduled for June 30, 2028.
This marks the third apartment acquisition by the Yadav family within the same development. In March 2025, the couple purchased two other units in the project, including larger residences on the 17th and 18th floors with a combined carpet area exceeding 4,200 sq ft. That earlier transaction reportedly involved six parking spaces and stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore.
Godrej Sky Terraces, spread across 1.05 acres in Deonar near Chembur, comprises 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations and has recorded multiple high-value transactions over the past year. Between March 2024 and February 2025, the project registered 25 sales totalling approximately ₹202 crore, with an average property rate of over ₹52,000 per sq ft, according to market data.
The latest purchase consolidates the family's investment footprint in one of Mumbai's premium residential corridors, even as Suryakumar continues to lead India in the ongoing T20 World Cup campaign.
