The picture comes as Rohit continues to enjoy his break from cricket following India's ODI series in England.
The veteran batter has been spending time in London with wife Ritika Sajdeh and their children, Samaira and Ahaan, regularly sharing glimpses of their family vacation.
Earlier this week, Rohit posted a heartwarming video of himself playing football with his children in a London park. One particularly popular moment showed him lifting young Ahaan into his arms to help him win the ball from Samaira during a playful kickabout.
The former India captain has also been spotted travelling around the city with his family, with videos from London's metro and other outings circulating widely on social media.
Reunion with former coach
Rohit and Shastri share a long association from their time with the Indian team.
Shastri served as India's head coach between 2017 and 2021, overseeing some of Rohit's finest years in international cricket, including India's historic Test series victories in Australia and several ICC tournament campaigns.
