SRH IPL 2026 Full Squad: Sunrisers Hyderabad will be looking to build a cohesive squad in the IPL 2026 mini auction. In the last season, the SRH despite having a strong team didn't live up to the expectations and now with new ambition, they will now look to make the most of it in Abu Dhabi.
The mini auction promises high-stakes bidding wars as teams rebuild for the upcoming seasons. Hyderabad has a purse of ₹25.50 crore, making them the third-largest spenders.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has retained a core group of 15 players for the IPL 2026 season, including key overseas stars Pat Cummins, Travis Head, and Heinrich Klaasen, while releasing/trading eight players to maintain a substantial auction purse. Among the left out players are Mohammed Shami
and Adam Zampa.
SRH have plans to target a quality spinner (domestic or overseas), Indian pacers, and an experienced finisher, while also building cover for Pat Cummins' workload. They have 10 slots to fill (2 overseas), giving them flexibility to strengthen their explosive batting core with impact players.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are heading into the IPL 2026 Auction with a purse of ₹25.50 crore, with an aim to make their batting core more viable and stronger in the upcoming season. They need to make smart buys with this amount as KKR and CSK have a purse of 60 cr+ and 40 cr+ respectively. So in order to compete with them, they need to be strategically sound.
