Ahmedabad, Jan 21: Ridhima Dilawari carded a 2-under 70 to lead round one of the second leg of the 2026 Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour at Kalhaar Blues & Greens in Ahmedabad. She holds a one-shot advantage over Sneha Singh, who shot 1-under 71 in a bogey free round.
Six players are tied at 1-over 73. That group includes 2025 Hero Order of Merit winner Vani Kapoor, along with Jahanvi Bakshi and Nayanika Sanga. Amateur Mahreen Bhatia, Karishma Govind and rookie professional Saanvi Somu also share fifth place after the opening round.
Details of Ridhima Dilawari's round
Ridhima started with four pars and then bogeyed the par-5 fifth. She responded with birdies on the seventh and eighth. A bogey on the tenth took her back to level par. Birdies on the 14th and 15th moved her to 2-under, giving
her the outright lead.
Sneha Singh stays close with steady round
Sneha, who won twice in 2025, had a tidy scorecard. She made 15 straight pars from the first hole to the 15th. Her only birdie came at the par-3 16th. Two closing pars on 17 and 18 gave her a 1-under 71 and second place.
Mixed rounds from other contenders
Amandeep Drall shot 72 with two birdies and one double bogey. Amateur Zara Anand also signed for 72. She opened with a bogey and dropped another shot on 17. Birdies on the ninth and 12th kept her in touch with the leaders after day one.
High birdie count but trouble for Nayanika
Nayanika had five birdies, the most in the tied-fifth group. However, she also made four bogeys, three of them in her first four holes. A triple bogey on the par-3 seventh added further damage, leaving her at 1-over 73 despite the strong scoring bursts.
Steady recovery from Vani, tough day for Jasmine
Vani began with back-to-back bogeys but fought back. Birdies on the ninth and 11th helped repair the start. A bogey on the par-5 14th left her at 73. Last week's winner Jasmine Shekar struggled to a 7-over 79, with four bogeys, two doubles and one birdie.
