Colombian singer and global superstar Shakira has released the official song of the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026, 'Dai Dai', which is set to take place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Shakira unveiled a one-minute teaser of her upcoming track on Thursday, revealing it as the official song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Sharing the clip on social media, she wrote, "From Maracaná Stadium, here is 'Dai Dai,' the FIFA World Cup Official Song 2026," while also tagging Burna Boy.
The preview video features Shakira performing on the pitch at Maracanà Stadium, accompanied by a group of dancers. In the snippet, she sings, "Here in this place / You belong," with a male voice joining in harmony. The lyrics continue, "What broke you once / Made you strong.

As per her announcement, the complete track is set to be released on May 14.

FIFA World Cup 2026
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to begin on June 11, 2026, marking the largest edition in the tournament's history. For the first time, the competition will feature 48 teams and 104 matches, expanding from the traditional 32-team format.
