Joao Felix delivered two assists and a dominant display as Al-Nassr defeated Al-Kholood 3-0 in the Saudi Pro League. The away victory extended Al-Nassr’s winning run to four matches and lifted the team
into second place. The result left Al-Nassr three points behind leaders Al-Hilal, keeping the title race tight.
The clean-sheet success came on Friday and continued a strong defensive spell for Al-Nassr. The team recorded back-to-back league shutouts for only the second time this season. Goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Simakan and Kingsley Coman settled a contest in which Joao Felix dictated much of the attacking play.
Al-Nassr started assertively, with Joao Felix quickly forcing Juan Pablo Cozzani into an early save from distance. Soon after, Cristiano Ronaldo appeared set to score, yet Mansour Camara produced a crucial block on the goal-line. Deep into first-half stoppage time, Sadio Mane turned in a Joao Felix cross, but the assistant flagged Felix offside.
The breakthrough finally arrived two minutes after the restart, when Joao Felix drove into space on the left. A low pass across goal found Cristiano Ronaldo, who finished into the bottom-left corner of an open net. Six minutes later, a Joao Felix corner picked out Mohamed Simakan, who powered a towering header past Cozzani.
Joao Felix continued to threaten, attempting a rabona effort from inside the area that Cozzani saved. Across the match, Joao Felix produced a game-high four chances created and took six shots, more than any other player. Joao Felix also recorded 14 touches inside the penalty box, underlining constant involvement around Al-Kholood’s goal.

Al-Kholood’s task became harder when captain Hatan Bahbri received a straight red card after a VAR review. Replays showed Bahbri elbowing Mohamed Simakan off the ball, leaving the referee with little choice. Later, Kingsley Coman was fouled from behind in the penalty area by Ramzi Solan and earned a spot-kick.
With Cristiano Ronaldo already substituted, Kingsley Coman stepped up and converted calmly from 12 yards to complete the scoring. The 3-0 victory maintained Al-Nassr’s four-game winning streak and secured another clean sheet. Joao Felix’s influence, with two assists and constant pressure, kept Al-Nassr firmly in pursuit of Al-Hilal.
