Formula 1 will keep racing in Las Vegas until 2037, after a new 10-year extension. Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., Clark County officials, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority have agreed the deal. The race on the Strip has sold out every year since 2023.
The night race uses the 3.8mi/6.2km Las Vegas Strip Circuit. Drivers reach more than 200 mph, or 322 km/h. They pass landmarks like Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Wynn Las Vegas, and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The event also featured in the film F1 The Movie.

Economic and community impact
Since joining the calendar in 2023, the race has created $3.2 billion in cumulative economic impact for Southern Nevada. All three events from 2023 to 2025 sold out. In 2025 alone, it brought in $43 million in state and local tax revenue.
Of that 2025 tax total, $15 million went to support local K-12 education. The Las Vegas Grand Prix Foundation has given more than $2 million to nonprofit groups. It has also created learning chances for hundreds of Clark County School District students and local community groups.
Grand Prix Plaza and sustainability focus
Grand Prix Plaza is a 39-acre, multi-use complex and the world's largest Formula 1 attraction. It works as a fan and community hub. Students from across the region can learn how STEM education links with motorsport and see race technology in action.
Las Vegas Grand Prix and Grand Prix Plaza were honoured at the 2026 Green Sports Alliance Summit. They were recognised for leadership in environmental innovation. The organisers underlined their aim to support a net zero future across race operations and wider local projects.
