In the younger U-13 division, Divija Paul staged a gritty comeback from a 1-2 deficit to outlast Harshitha Nurani in five games, while Dev Pranav Bhat controlled his matchup against Ashvajith Muthukumaran for a straight-sets victory in the boys' final.

Syndrela's standout tournament included a semifinal upset over Japan's second-seeded Miku Matsushima; she surged ahead early against Hansini (who had stunned top seed Divyanshi Bhowmick earlier) but dropped the second game before relying on her veteran poise to seal the next two.

She eyes a doubles double on Sunday, partnering Sarthak Arya in the U-19 mixed doubles final after their semifinal win over Sahil Rawat and Hardee Patel. They'll face top seeds Abhinandh Pradhivadhi and Ananya Muralidharan, who edged Ritvik Gupta and Ahona Ray.

Meanwhile, Vivaan Dave and Naisha Rewaskar pulled off a stunning U-15 mixed doubles semifinal upset against top seeds Aditya Das and Ankolika Chakraborty. Trailing early in the opener and facing three match points in the fifth (at 7-10), they saved every chance, leveled repeatedly, and clinched it 23-21 after splitting the prior games.
